“The insurance company considered all of my possessions contaminated and Recovery Solutions removed everything in an organized way and documented every detail. (I was told that this was essentially the same thing as fire damage and cleaning restoration.)Recovery Solutions was in charge of the ceiling reconstruction, painting, new flooring, etc. They made all the arrangements and I was happy, also, with the subcontractors that they used for specific issues. When everything was done Recovery Solutions moved all of my thoroughly cleaned possessions back into my home.Throughout the whole experience they were kind and understanding and always kept me informed.I had a basement flood the previous fall and had a different company do water mitigation. I have since realized that if I'd had Recovery Solutions there for the water mitigation they would probably have been able to salvage my photo albums, which the water mitigation company did not do. My insurance adjuster recommended Recovery Solutions for the reconstruction part of that claim and I was very impressed by their thorough understanding and excellent work, which is why I contacted them immediately when my ceiling collapsed.”

“The next morning a crew of 6 men arrived at 08:00 and began to remove the old shingles from the roof. These individuals were professional, clean and exceptionally hard workers. In addition, a Installation Manager (Charlie Sevilla) arrived and stayed the entire day until the roof was completed around 6:30. When. they left everything was spotless. No, pieces of roofing, tar paper, trash or nails (Used a strong Magnet) was present.”
