“We bought a home several years ago and finally found a company we felt capable of addressing some issues that have popped up for us. 1 load bearing wall set of piers had sunk over time, and another load bearing wall was not centered over piers and sagging a little. This was causing an unlevel floor through parts of our home as well as several doors would not shut inside the home. RJ came by, explained how he would fix it, and also found some other issues we were unaware we could be facing. We were losing a lot of hvac under the house due to humidity, causing our duct work to sweat which was only increasing the humidity under the house. After doing an encapsulation, adding a dehumidifier, and adding some jacks and beams, we now have a perfectly clean crawl space, level floors, and doors that shut. 2.5 days of work and only the half day did they need to come inside to check level on the floors, walls, and doors. Keshawn and the guys took great care and pride in their work, left the job site clean every day, and kept us well informed of the progress every day. Highly recommend and very satisfied.”

“The work included removing old damaged insulation, treating mold, securing loose ductwork, and adding support under the kitchen floor. They were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Mason explained what needed to be done and completed the work as discussed. While under the house, they identified an additional repair and completed it for me. The finished result was a major improvement and it was done within my tight timeline. I’d recommend them to anyone needing crawl space cleanup or repair work.”
