“Hoping for a clean slate here. The process was simple and they responded quickly to take care of our needs. I’m looking forward to further testing and having reassurance that the mold is gone for good and our home sanitized. Mold Ones process is non damaging and almost too good to be true but I hope it will work out well for our health’s sake. They were just here three days ago and I love the part of the process that remains treated to prevent mold from growing due to their two step process.”

“That is 100% because Don made sure I was fully informed about the process. I would recommend him again and again and I will use him again, should I ever need an inspection for a new place.”

“We had a great experience with the mold mitigation team at RI Restoration. They are quick, efficient, and a genuinely nice crew. The manager was onsite checking and double checking, provide a great sense of trust in the process. Thank you!”

“From the moment I reached out, Melissa responded quickly and made me feel completely at ease. When Parry arrived, his attention to detail was obvious right away. He walked through the project slowly, explaining what needed to be done and why. We had experienced considerable loss and were quite distraught at the time, and Parry was incredibly patient and respectful. The workmanship was flawless, every cut, every finish, every detail was done with care. It’s rare to find a team that delivers both exceptional quality and genuine compassion.”
