“I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick from Prime Solution for a bathroom vanity repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The vanity in our bathroom had been showing signs of wear and tear for a while, with loose fixtures, a broken cabinet door, and water damage to the wood. I reached out to Prime Solution based on review ratings on Thumbtack, and I’m so glad I did. Nick was prompt in responding to my inquiry, and after a quick assessment, he provided a clear and reasonable quote for the repairs. What stood out most was the level of detail and care he brought to the job. He didn’t just fix the surface issues; he reinforced the vanity structure, replaced damaged parts, and made sure everything was properly sealed to prevent future water damage. The end result was far better than I expected—my vanity looks brand new! Additionally, he was punctual, respectful of my space, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such great customer service, but Nick exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend Prime Solution to anyone in need of home repairs. Nick is a true professional who takes pride in his work, and I will definitely be calling him again for future projects.”
