“Josh with Vertical Inspection has quickly became one of my top recommended Inspectors for clients in Illinois and Wisconsin. He is extremely knowledgable, thorough and professional. All of my clients have been very happy with his service, appreciate his detailed reports and the time he takes to walk them through the properties he is inspecting.”

“I was quite impressed, as Sean inspected not just the floor, but the basement as well to make sure that there was not more extensive damage. The project was fully explained to me, and within a few days I received an estimate. Working with Sean, Tyler, and the men who laid the carpet and repaired the floor was a great experience. My room looks fabulous! Thank you gentlemen . I highly recommend your services!”

“We had 3 chairs cleaned and thought there was uncertainty that they could be cleaned because of the type of fabric, the result was great. Stains removed on 2 and 1 improved. Thank you”
