“He did it in two days including removing the mulch from everywhere. I’m very happy with his services and look forward to the maintenance service in the near future.”

“I hired J and B Maintenance after reviewing many lawncare services: Jorge, owner of J & B Maintenance, stood out with a 4.8 ratings. Now hired, I am pleased with his work. Here are some comments: Jorge is easy to work with and he ,generally, comes with his crew; I like this. They work efficiently and are thorough. I have full service that includes competitive and fair pricing. The service also offers large projects with the same, consistent, high ratings. Large tree pruning and involved sprinkler repairs are separately priced; this is consistent with other maintainance services. My last lawn care service was with me for 28 yrs: It's great to build long-lasting relationships in business and in our personal lives; it's a win-win for all: A reminder for all of us to "Share the Goodness". 🌿”

“He did a great job cleaning up my yard, weeding and pruning. I plan to use his services again.”

“I own a retail business and Grounds Property Services has been doing routine maintenance, pressure washing, trash pickup, and help me identify issues with my building ahead of time before they become a problem. They are professional, responsive to urgent issues and their work speaks for themselves. Highly recommended for businesses who manage their properties or buildings.”

“Jose did a wonderful job cleaning out my garage which was a mess! He communicated with me promptly and clearly when we were setting a date a discussing pricing. He arrived on time. He went right to work and did exactly what he promised to do with no oversight required on my part. He exceeded my expectations and earned ever penny of his fee. I will happily use him again in the future.”
