“We had a very positive experience working with this company for both water mitigation and flooring restoration. The entire project was handled efficiently and professionally. What impressed us most was the contractor’s customer-focused approach. He listened to our concerns, considered things from our perspective, and always focused on finding solutions that best addressed our needs. During our final inspection, we noticed that one closet had been left unfinished. As soon as we brought it to his attention, he responded promptly and returned the very next day to complete the installation. We really appreciated his responsiveness and commitment to making sure the job was completed properly. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and especially appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude of the entire crew. We would gladly recommend them to others needing water mitigation or flooring restoration services.”

“Greg and Kelly are a father-daughter dream team 😊 Thank you Greg for coming to our home for the measure consult right away, listening and advising, and for getting the carpet in so quickly! I wanted a specific carpet and even though he didn’t carry that one, he ordered it and they managed to get it installed within a week. The installers were efficient and did a nice job. All within a reasonable price range. We received 4 quotes before choosing Floor Coverings Cherokee.”

“Alex and his team did an excellent job on our floors, and set our expectations perfectly.”
