“Will Bortheimer and his Ann Arbor VODA cleaning are a phenomenaWill is easily the nicest and most sincere contractor youre ever going to meet. His crew are right there next to him in the champions circle. We had a summer flood which left our large lower floor mildewy and in need of repair. Will analyzed, proposed, and completed a beautiful job which entailed demolition, dry wall installation, new flooring, painting, and repair. Our place looks great. We are grateful to Will and team for an excellent job done.”

“I initially left a negative review because the first treatments did not fully resolve an animal urine odor issue in my basement. However, they continued to follow up, returned multiple times, and worked around my schedule, including evenings, to make sure the problem was properly addressed. What stood out most was that when I raised concerns, I was met with solutions rather than excuses. Their commitment to making things right and standing behind their work ultimately earned my trust. I appreciate the persistence and customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone needing odor remediation services.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Liz and Master Odor Removal! ❤️ I called because I’m a busy mom of four sports-loving kids, and my Honda Pilot had developed a **VERY questionable smell**. 😂 Between four sweaty boys and the animal odor from a carpet cleaner I had used in the car, I honestly wasn’t even sure what we were dealing with! From the moment I contacted them, Liz was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The entire process was so simple and stress-free, which I especially appreciated as a busy mom. And the results?! **AMAZING.** My Pilot smells like the day I drove it off the lot—fresh, clean, and like a brand-new car! It truly feels restored. If you have a car with an odor you just cannot get rid of, call Liz! She knows what she’s doing, and the results speak for themselves. I can’t recommend Liz and Master Odor Removal highly enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Answered all my questions about the installation and value of having crawlspace encapsulation to save on energy cost during the winter months as well as health benefits.”
