“Recently hired Mark from Elysian Property Solutions to see if he could fix an old Samsung tv I had which lost the picture (sound was still working). I wanted to see if it could be fixed before I purchased a new tv. Mark agreed to charge me $50 to come and check the tv. He showed up and was pleasant and worked on the tv. Unfortunately he was unable to fix it ( not his fault it was a 2014 model that had finally broke down). He did not charge me for the visit and we made arrangements for him to come back and install the new Samsung model that I ended up purchasing that day (thank goodness for MA tax free weekend🙂). I liked Mark’s professionalism, courtesy and fairness. I look forward to working with him and the company in the future. Would definitely recommend hiring!”
