The price Farhat ask was also competitive, but it would be good if he can clearly list all the works need to do and the overall price, I initially thought the quote Farhat gave covers everything except for the material cost, since he did the on site inspection before giving me the quote, but it turns out I need to pay extra $300 for the work to open and repair the wall on the day when he started working on this, the quote is still good after adding extra payment and I personally feel it's ok, but it would be nice if he can let me know this while he gives me the quote. Overall I'll rehire Farhat do to the work in the future and recommand him to everyone who needs help from handyman.”
