“Excellent service! The team arrived early — which to me is right on time — and that made a great first impression. They introduced everyone, were personable and friendly throughout, and even took a moment to chat with my granddaughter and open a toy for her when I didn’t have my tools. They handled my belongings with care and even fixed a few items for me (chair, table, and dresser legs), which I really appreciated. The move took about 6.5 hours including packing, but everything was done carefully and professionally. I’m very happy with their work and would definitely hire them again.”

“Would totally recommend hiring them Excellent service and communication”

“I would highly recommend the service to anyone. Even though they move quite frequently on the local level and may even be advertised that way, they also do a distant move such as between New York and Boston.”

“We upgraded from a condo in Yonkers to a house in Albany and used Metro Hop’s full packing service. They packed everything — even our kitchen — and loaded the truck like Tetris masters. Nothing broken, nothing missing, and great attitudes all around.”
