“We had an amazing experience with our party bus rental! Nick, our driver, was awesome—professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Our bus was about 25 minutes late due to an accident on the Pike, which was completely outside of the company’s control. What really stood out to us was how responsive and accommodating the company was. They communicated with us, understood the situation, and made sure we weren’t shorted any time by extending our end time by the full 25 minutes. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. They were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to make things right. We would absolutely rent from them again for any future events and highly recommend them!”
