“Met with Michael Gurtler (Project Manager) and came up with a project plan to demo and install pavers. Prior to project starting, met with Michael and Oscar (Crew Foreman) to ensure project work. Work crew was always on time every day and area were cleared of debris at the end of the workday. Michael Gurtler periodically showed up to ensure the work progress and asked if we had any questions. Project timeframe was completed ahead of the original estimated timeframe. Cost of the project was higher than expected but after completion of the project, I believe that it was worth the cost.
