“The hallway floor had become noticeably worn, especially in the areas that received the most traffic. Replacing it gave me an opportunity to make the entrance look cleaner and more updated. Builders of the South carried out the flooring work with careful preparation and attention to the edges and transitions. The installation was handled in a neat and well-organized manner throughout. The finished floor has made the hallway feel completely refreshed. It looks cleaner, more consistent, and much more welcoming than it did before.”

“JAC Construction just finished building a carport, with asphalt shingle roofing that matched the house, front and back gutters, four downspouts, complete with concrete driveway, and rod iron fencing. It was painted to match the house. Every time an inspection by the city was required, the inspectors complimented the work and noted the work was better than what they have seen on new housing construction. The finished product is perfect. The lead contractor, Jose, was an absolute professional in all regards and had excellent ideas all along the way. I give him my highest recommendation!”

“Blake and crew killed it in this job. It was a difficult back-to-front (160) underground drainage with every obstacle you could imagine in their path - 2 fences, a deck, big tree, bushes, 2 elect lines, 2 water lines, fiber, gas, roots as big as your waist. They navigated them all and put it back together. The PVC they laid was much thicker than i had before. Blake had good ideas for tying in different lines, roof drainage, and cleanout access.Great job, timely, cleaned up well, great price, and effective communication along the way. Highly recommended. Save your back and your sanity - get them to do the job!”

““Great experience with Highland Builders. Communication was clear, work was done right, and the results were exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use them again.””
