“Herminio contacted me same day and came to see what I needed done that evening. Very nice guy and was able to give me pricing straight away. I needed some tress removed and an area leveled and basic cleanup. He is very reasonably priced and was able to come within a few days to get the work done. Definitely recommend Modern Upgrade and will be using them again in the future.”

“D. Massimo and Sons ins hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with. They installed all new doors, windows, and trim in our house and then repainted the entire home. They also helped me manage the four other trades in the house at the same time. The work was absolutely meticulous. Justin and his crew have a real pride in their workmanship... I've never seen corners so square. I just can't say enough good things about them. On top of this, their price was lower than the other four bids we received for the job. When we build our forever home from the ground up we are definitely going to hire them to build our custom home. If you want to hire real pros who will create true value in your home, then make sure you hire D. Massimo and Sons.”
