“I contacted Mike to replace several pressure treated floor boards and 2 railings on my deck. Mike responded within an hour. We set up a time the next day for Mike to review the project. He came out and gave me an estimate. I looked it over, was in agreement and I asked how soon he could start. He told me the next day. He came out, worked until 7pm. Mike also showed me problems that he found and he took care of them. I also asked if he could replace the lattice around the outside of the deck. He added that in his estimate, which was agreeable. Mike finished the project in 2 days. We have started talking about other projects. I highly recommend Mike. He is a young man that is professional, he arrives when he says he will and communicates with you throughout the project.”

“SZ Construction was timely and efficient on the completions of my porch stairs and concrete walkway. I am happy with the results. Hayder was reponsive, explained material differences, and was patient with answering all my questions. I recommend SZ Construction and plan to hire them for additional jobs.”
