“They were professional and reasonable. They answered all our questions. The work was top-notch! They repaired some damaged flooring and refinished our whole downstairs. Our interior looks beautiful.”

“after trying to find a contractor/handyman to repair a rotten subfloor/tile situation for nearly a month with virtually no response I reached out to Mike and Mark via thumbtack. They responded that day and met me the following day--they gave me a very fair price and we're able to start the same day. They are very nice guys and did excellent work. Id certainly hire them again.”

“Wonderful experience. Quick to reply and quick to get the job done. Needed exterior permanent lights installed and Mike and Mark did an awesome job. Will definitely hire again for future projects.”

“It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers both quality and a great customer experience, but Monte Residential truly nailed it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home!”

“I highly recommend Geoff's services. He replaced the flooring in our downstairs bathroom and also helped with a cabinet door that was giving us grief. He did a fantastic job with each project and was very reasonably priced. And as a bonus, he's a really nice guy (even to our pesky kitty who wanted to help him while he worked!). We will definitely reach out to him again if we need help in the future.”
