“They were professional and reasonable. They answered all our questions. The work was top-notch! They repaired some damaged flooring and refinished our whole downstairs. Our interior looks beautiful.”

“The source of the leak was hard to find and many contractors had come to given quotes and not come back. We have been trying to get it fixed for over 2 years. After some scheduling difficulties, we finally got Carl out to look at it. He tried an inexpensive fix, which did not work, but then he gave us a very reasonable quote and we had him re-roof that area. It looks good and the leak is gone!”

“I highly recommend Geoff's services. He replaced the flooring in our downstairs bathroom and also helped with a cabinet door that was giving us grief. He did a fantastic job with each project and was very reasonably priced. And as a bonus, he's a really nice guy (even to our pesky kitty who wanted to help him while he worked!). We will definitely reach out to him again if we need help in the future.”

“It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers both quality and a great customer experience, but Monte Residential truly nailed it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home!”
