“Several of my regular contractors declined, as they preferred larger jobs. NikiTeam quoted a reasonable price, came out quickly and on time. The work was done perfectly. I will definitely be calling them again.”

“We were on a very short timetable and they worked us into their schedule to get the job done. It was done perfectly!”

“Trevor was awesome to work with. He did an amazing job on our kitchen. He was very professional. If we had any questions, he had the answers or would get them for us. Every day he worked, he would clean up the kitchen area so we were able to still use it if needed. The final cost of the remodel was very close to what he had quoted (very reasonable).”

“Carlos is great! I bought a condo that I thought was move in ready. Once I closedI realized I was fresh paint which included Door, trim and ceilings! As soon as I hired him the started the work immediately! Did a great job even though I kept adding work he did everything I requested and did it well!! I now have him redoing my bathroom! I am not moving in until the work is done and it will be perfect!”

“We hired Kaiser Construction to rebuild and repair the rear decks of our small condo association. They were amazing! From the estimate to permits to supply delivery the communication from Jacob was professional and timely. While onsite the crew was friendly and respectful. Most impressive, this is a talented crew of carpenters. They had to do a lot of problem solving to stabilize and update our rotting multi-story decks. The craftsmanship is top quality work! The estimate was right on target and the job completed on schedule. Before and after photos attached. - Cindy M.”
