Not only was he prompt, responsive, and professional, but he took us on a journey in time with his food. Since my partner and I were curious about it, Chef Yehuriz explained that each flavor had been built upon and perfected over years. His food carried a rich cultural history, and you could taste that in the flavors and sensations he described. He explained that all fresh and natural ingredients were used, and that was apparent in the quality and taste. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Chef Yehuriz cleaned up everything after our meal, which was another huge burden we didn’t have to bear. We look forward to working with him again for future personal or work events.”
