“Working with Nick has been amazing. He is super flexible and makes everything extremely easy. I was nervous to start with a personal trainer because I felt like I’d be self conscious and have to change how I was doing everything in my life, but he has made it so easy with realistic and attainable goals. I highly recommend anyone who wants to become more healthy to reach out to Nick at Raw Results Coaching.”

“I’ve had an amazing experience working with Vanya. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and really take the time to understand your goals and limitations. Every session is well-planned, challenging, and encouraging, and I’ve seen real progress and improvements in my strength and confidence. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing you and making workouts enjoyable. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results and a supportive trainer who truly cares!”

“I have worked out with Gina for eight years, and I have always found these workouts very valuable. She has always pushed me as far as she thinks I will go (maybe I should still try harder). But now that I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and that I will have a knee replacement I will definitely have to try harder. I know that she will provide invaluable support to me throughout my journey.”
