“Tiffany is an awesome trainer she takes the time and gets to know you and what your fitness goals are and then helps you achieve them.”

“Working with Hoover Fitness was the best decision I could have made for my health. From the start, Garrett was very engaging and we spoke on the phone about my goals and aspirations going into my fitness journey. He assured me that he could provide me with a custom plan to reach my goals. Utilizing his app, I was given a workout plan, nutrition plan, and an open channel of communication for assistance at any time. I really enjoyed the workout plan in the app because Garrett has recorded videos of himself doing the movements so I could learn proper form and tempo for each exercise. I was given a nutrition plan that allowed me to feel energized and satiated every day while still maintaining a calorie deficit to achieve my goals. Thanks to Hoover Fitness I was able to lose 20 lbs of fat and put on 8lbs of muscle over the 90 days. My body composition changed greatly and I gained a lot of confidence in my own skin. If you’re looking to make a real positive impact on your health and fitness, then look nowhere else but Hoover Fitness!”
