“Very professional. Explained what he would be doing and what to expect.”

“The tech was on time and was very knowledgeable about the treatment, and so far, I haven't seen another ant. Thank you!”

“Brian was very thorough in his investigations, and he provided suggestion for handling other issues or tasks that need to be done. He spent sufficient time to evaluate the challenges that I am experiencing, and provided a lot more feed back and clarity about how my project should be attacked initially... I have one more interview that I feel compelled to provide... But I feel very comfortable with the information that I received from Brian and his support Management team. The project has not been initiated just yet... I have more work to do... However, I can tell Brian is very experienced, knowledge, and a quality employee!!!”

“The work was completed fast and efficiently. Thank you Bug-Squad.”

“I originally reached out to Conrad to see if he could help coordinate a service for us. I wasn't sure how the process would work or whether it would be worth using a concierge service, but the experience was straightforward. Communication was good, he understood our expectations, and he helped take the hassle out of finding and coordinating the service. Overall, a very positive experience. I would be comfortable recommending Conrad's services.”
