“I recently used True Shield Pest Control and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism was absolutely top-tier, setting a high standard for customer service. Punctuality is clearly a priority for their team. They arrived exactly when they said they would, which is a breath of fresh air compared to typical multi-hour service windows. Furthermore, their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They provided clear updates prior to the appointment, explained their treatment plan thoroughly, and followed up to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are looking for a reliable, courteous, and highly effective pest control service, True Shield Pest Control is the gold standard.”

“Sean was our pest control tech. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained the entire process as well as told us how each application would work and when we could expect results. We plan on calling him back to do work on a rental property, too. We always call to get three estimates. He was the cheapest by over 175 dollars! A+”
