“He was able to differentiate the current treatment we were receiving bs the solution he was able to offer. After an hour he was able to formulate a game plan and strategy on what would eradicate the issue and laid out the cost associated. The pricing although high end it was worth it. Keifer who represented Home Shield Solutions with the owner in the return visit provided excellent customer service and was able to explain the scope of work and did a bang up job in terms of the work itself and the cleanup. I WILL be definitely recommending Home Shield Solutions in the future.”

“Came out, did an assessment, followed by treatment. Only been a few days but can already the results.”

“I spoke with Dori, who confirmed that they were bed bugs, explained the treatment process, gave us a clear quote, and scheduled the service without any hassle. On the day of treatment, the technician arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and thoroughly treated the condo, as my wife told me afterward. It has now been about two weeks, and thankfully we havent seen any more signs of bed bugs. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Really appreciate the prompt service and follow-through!”
