“I was dealing with a roach problem in one of my apartments, and from the first contact, he made the entire process stress-free. His communication was excellent — always keeping me updated, explaining everything clearly, and answering all my questions with patience. He showed up exactly when he said he would, fully prepared and professional. What really impressed me was his honesty — no upselling, no scare tactics, just straightforward advice and a clear plan. On top of that, his follow-up was excellent. He made sure to check in after the treatment to ensure everything was fully resolved. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and truly cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend Derek at Best Buster to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and thorough pest control service.”

“Great, very responsive, discussed treatment plans, options, preventative measures we could take, as well as provided services in the initial inspection to patch up some neglected areas around the house.”

“Kyle was friendly on the phone and very confident in his job of removing a dead animal from under our deck stairs. He cleaned up everything as if nothing was ever touched near the deck stairs. He left the area clean, rescrewed the lattice, now we are minus a dead opossum. I will certainly recommend Kyle and the Granite State Pest Control to anyone who asks”
