“During the inspection, we also discovered standing water in our crawl space — something we weren’t even aware of. They quickly addressed the issue by installing a new sump pump and making sure the space was properly taken care of. In addition to resolving the water issue, they upgraded the insulation in both our crawl space and attic. Along the way, they provided thoughtful recommendations without any pressure, which we really appreciated. After the assessment, they were able to schedule and complete the work the very next week, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend EM Energy for any HVAC or insulation needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again if we decide to upgrade our HVAC system in the future.”

“Alan is incredible - he quickly identified the problem and was very responsive throughout the entire process. He was thorough yet quick - highly recommend!”

“Highly recommended to others as I had a great experience”

“For the first inspection in 2 weeks, 12 inspections in the first year, a warranty for a year, their quote was a good value for the money.”

“Luis and his crew did a great job with their inspection as well as the whole project. They did a detailed explanation of what was to be done and they did work around with my budget. Prompt in responding to messages, fantastic work that came with a 2 week follow up and a year warranty. Will hire Luis and his crew again for other projects!”

“They explained the work clearly following the inspection, didn’t try to upsell unneeded services, and were prompt and professional in getting the work done.”
