“Overall, our experience with the photo booth team was positive. They were punctual, reliable, and very accommodating to our needs, especially at the last minute, which we greatly appreciated. The service itself was well-executed and helped make our event successful. One area for improvement would be professionalism when working in a corporate setting. During the event, one staff member was chewing gum for most of the evening, including while speaking with guests. At times, it appeared she was close to popping the gum, which came across as somewhat casual and did not align with the professional image typically expected at corporate events. While this did not detract from the overall quality of the service, it is something that could be improved for future corporate engagements. We appreciate their flexibility and responsiveness and would encourage a more polished professional presence moving forward.”
