Hi! I’m a movement and fitness professional (certified Pilates instructor) with 15+ years of experience helping people build strength, mobility, flexibility (primary area of expertise), and body awareness. I offer personalized in-home Pilates, mobility, and contortion/flexibility sessions tailored to your individual goals and experience level. Whether you’re looking to improve core strength and stability, increase your range of motion, work toward deeper flexibility skills, or simply move with greater control and confidence, I’ll create sessions around what your body needs. My background includes dance, strength training, flexibility training, and Pilates, giving me a unique understanding of how strength, mobility, and flexibility work together. I especially enjoy working with dancers, aerialists, athletes, and active adults—but sessions can be adapted for anyone interested in improving how they move. My approach is supportive, personalized, and technique-focused. I want you to feel challenged while still feeling comfortable and respected in your body. Sessions can focus on Pilates, mobility, flexibility, contortion skills, or a combination depending on your goals. I come to you, so you can train in the comfort and privacy of your own home with equipment you have available—or with minimal equipment when appropriate. I’d love to learn about your goals and create a plan that helps you make measurable progress while enjoying the process.
