“As a complete beginner, I was honestly intimidated to start Pilates, but private training made it such a positive experience. Jessie took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before moving on to anything more challenging. I never felt rushed or embarrassed for not knowing something. Her patience and encouragement helped me build confidence with every session. I’ve gotten noticeably stronger, and I finally understand how to properly engage my core. I’m so glad I started with private sessions!!”
