“Within just a few minutes of me requesting their services, for an upstairs bathroom leak that ocurred this morning, the company was already contacting me to arrange for Alex to come to my place the same morning and diagnose the situation. Alex was prompt, professional, friendly, kept a clean work area, and extremely thorough in investigating the source of the leak (which was tricky and complex, due to the water leaking from an upstairs shower area down through a ground-floor kitchen ceiling), and communicated frequently and clearly, throughout the process. The situation did not end up requiring further plumbing work, but Alex was able to coordinate a referral to the type of contractor I need in order for me to resolve my situation. The service call fee was very reasonable. I will use these folks for all of my future plumbing needs. Can't recommend them enough.”

“It's great to have a company like Badger ready to help”

“After a frustrating diagnostic service with another company, I decided to get a second opinion. I felt like I was being hustled by the first tech, he was nice, but it was obvious his main goal was the upsell. My dad enthusiastically recommended Patrick Riley after they replaced his AC a few years ago, so I gave them a call on Thursday evening. They scheduled my diagnostic appointment for the very next day.Zach D. came out today and was fantastic. Right off the bat, I was impressed by the text alert letting me know he was on his way, which included a photo and a neat little bio. It was a great personal touch! Upon arrival, Zach was incredibly personable and felt like an old buddy. He was also extremely knowledgeable, breaking everything down into digestible terms for someone who knows nothing about HVAC systems. While the ultimate diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear (I'll need a new unit soon), Zach walked me through his recommendations and provided clear financing options. It sucks to have to buy a new AC, but at least I wont feel like a sucker writing that check! Also, the diagnostic service was FREE!”

“We loved working with this company. They showed up when they were supposed to and did a fantastic job. We needed a full replacement of a new tankless hot water heater and since the work has been done the water pressure and hot water has never been better! Also for a reasonable price!”

“Price was a little higher than I had expected at approximately $2200, however it was lower than another companys quote for the same job. Guess thats the price of good labor these days. Thanks for your service!”
