The bigger concern was the tankless water heater recommendation. We were told the unit was aging and should be replaced, and the quote provided was over $16,000 for a gas tankless water heater replacement serving two small bathrooms and a kitchen. I declined the work, and after doing more research and speaking with others in the industry, I’m very glad I did. Overall, my takeaway is that Peter Levi Plumbing provides excellent communication, scheduling, and professionalism. If those things are your top priority, they do a good job. However, based on my experience, I would recommend getting additional quotes before approving larger repairs or replacements so you can make sure the pricing makes sense.”
