“We had a main water line leak and In Demand plumbing did an excellent job from when Jesss showed up for the initial quote. He explained everything to us, gave options and multiple quotes for the options. Once the option was chosen we were quickly added to their schedule and they arrived on time. A small note that I noticed and liked was they sent a picture of the employee coming out via text message so you knew who the employee was. Ultimately they came out, located the leak quickly and realized that the repairs would be less than initially quoted. Jesse completed a new quote on the spot, repaired the leak, upgraded some piping and cleaned up beyond expected. We will definitely use In Demand for future plumbing issues, recommend to our friends and neighbors also.”

“Wish I could give more stars! Alain was completely responsive and understanding of my situation. As most homeowners try to do, we tried fixing something and another issue arises. We had tried swapping out my faucet and one of the pipes broke off at the elbow. This resulted in us being without water as this house is older and the only way to turn the faucet off is at the water main. I had multiple people try and help me get it out, but we all failed. It took Alain about 30 minutes in and out to take care of this issue. His experience and tips were extremely helpful today! Thank you so much for the professionalism and support today!”

“I had a great experience with Platinum Plumbing. We had a leak in the kitchen and Jorge came out to help us out. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained why the leak had occurred and gave me some options on how to go about fixing the issue. He was very flexible and understanding of my work schedule and did a great job on fixing my leak. I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing for any plumbing issues and will be calling them in the future”

“We contacted Repipe Specialists to repipe our house from the old galvanized pipe to new Pex Pipe as we had yellow brown water with no pressure in our shower, sinks, rust in the toilets. You couldn't turn on the sink while someone was in the shower or they would freeze as the hot water supply was the worst. From the time Randy came out and gave us our presentation on the repipe, we knew his knowledge and professionalism really impressed us and we took the plunge. The men doing the work took the time to protect all of our furnishings and flooring, were very efficient and knowledgeable, skilled and completed the repipe in the time quoted and maybe sooner. We were very pleased with the piping as now we have good pressure, clean water and no smell just like a new house. The city inspector even asked who had done the work as the walls were patched professionally and all piping was done to code. Inspector commented that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in this area. All we did was lighty paint. A lot of nice people were involved and we have already recommended Repipe Specialists to our friends and acquaintances.”
