From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and treated our home with great respectwearing booties inside and cleaning up completely before they left. That level of care really stood out. What impressed me most was the customer service. Even after the install, when I had a question, the owner called me back within a minute to walk me through everything. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days. They also went above and beyond by fixing a small sink issue I mentioned while they were here, which was such a nice surprise. Jamie Dilts says, “We had a blockage in our main drain that backed up our master toilet and shower as well as the drain for our washer in the laundry room. We were referred to Zoom Drain by another friend who is also a plumber and knew that Todd and his team were the most qualified for the job. I was told that he's an expert and honest in how he does business. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from the first call, to them being able to get out the same day, to the technician, Brody, not only solving or minor crisis but doing so in the most professional manner. If you have a drain issue, give them a call!”
Suzanne M. says, “Did an amazing job repairing an old Hansgrohe shower handles. They went the extra mile to find the part and install it. One of the best plumbers I have ever used. Highly recommend them.”
T REAPER says, “Matt came out and handled our water heater installation for way less then the other quotes we got around town. he cleaned up after himself and explained everything he was doing which was cool since my buddy and i were watching.really saved us a bunch of money and the work looks solid.”
Liane P. says, “I have known Michael for many years. He has repaired HVAC, plumbing and various other projects I have called him for. Michael is a man of strong work ethics and is extremely honest. When he tackles a job, the results are always 100%
to your satisfaction. He believes in going the extra mile. I have heard reports of calling a repairman and either they don’t call back or if they do show up they are late with no notice to you that they will be late. Sometimes the job is not done to your satisfaction and when you try to get the repairman back he doesn’t respond. I can guarantee this will not happen with Michael. He is always prompt and if he sees that he will be late he will notify you. Common curtesy. I would recommend Michael Stimpson owner of 1-800-plumber+air for any job you want done right.”
