“I was dealing with a failing water heater and, on a tight budget, got quotes from several companies, most of which were around $2,500. That felt too high for a standard replacement, so I decided to buy my own unit for about $400. However, as we started installing it ourselves, we realized we needed a professional due to the pipe adjustments and the limited space. The old water heater was already touching the sink, and when we realized the new one was slightly bigger, we thought we would have to downsize the sink just to make it fit, which would have added even more cost. Other quotes came in at around $800 for installation, plus an additional $300 just to move the sink. I then reached out to Beam & Brass, and Oscar responded quickly and was very communicative. He came out the same day, assessed everything, and found a way to make it work without replacing the sink, which saved us that extra expense. The work was completed the same day at a very reasonable price, and the quality was excellent. Overall, I saved around $1,400. Oscar and his team were a huge help, and I highly recommend them.”

“If you’re looking for a top-notch plumber, look no further than Dorian! He truly stands out in the plumbing world. I can’t recommend him highly enough for anyone needing plumbing work done at home. From start to finish, Dorian is the epitome of professionalism and punctuality, and he’s just an all-around fantastic person to work with. We found ourselves in a bit of a bind with the cold weather threatening our pipes, and to make matters worse, we had a persistent drip from our outdoor water hose. Fortunately, Dorian came to the rescue! He quickly assessed the situation and had everything fixed the very same day. His expertise and dedication to his craft are truly commendable. Dorian is a lifesaver!”

“They fixed a leak coming from behind my hot water heater. Turned out to be an easier fix than I thought. They repaired the line going to the hot water heater and had it fixed the same morning they came out. They even helped me clean up my stuff that had gotten wet. Thank you guys for being awesome at what you do.”
