“We had a malfunctioning furnace for a few days and technician Jake checked our old furnace, told us to shut it down due to high levels of CO, and showed us our options for a new , safe furnace. We enjoyed getting to know him, and he is very attentive to details. He even arranged our installation for the very next day. The installation crew of Sydnee and Brian were amazing and so respectful. They were informative about the new system and gave us confidence that we would be safe going forward. Kris and Dakota came to install plumbing for the furnace and to connect to ductwork for our bedroom that had been loose for who knows how long, a Jake Smith cleaned our ductwork. Summers really lived up to their reputation.”
