“Mr. Khiangte is true professional that arrived on time, completed the repair, with zero mess to clean up afterwards. Best of all he quickly identified the root cause of the ongoing issue with freezing pipes and corrected the broken hose bid faucet, supply line, and the root cause that was a leaky shutoff valve that did enable the line to drain properly or to be winterized. If you are looking for and individual that takes pride in their work, does the job right, and doesn’t cost a fortune you may have found what you want and need like we did when we called Mr. Khiangte the owner/operator of Genesis Flow.”

“BPM reviews are definitely deserved. Matt’s customer service and responsiveness was stellar. We ran into a hiccup with the WSSC inspection but it was no fault of BPM. The water heater was installed by a father and son duo who my husband stated were phenomenal. They were professional got the job done, cleaned up the area and left us happy. Really good work and personnel.”

“Quick to respond and fast to get me on their schedule. Installed a new water heater the same day as the estimate. Great work!”

“We were pleased with the work of Josh installing a new water neutralizer. Very professional work ethic and finished product.”
