“They came out promptly. Staff is courteous and professional. He was able to open the bathroom sink quickly, in about 30 minutes. The $69 service charge was deceiving, though. The bill was over $360 dollars, for 30 minutes to snake one bathroom sink. I thought it was extremely high. Still do not have a receipt. It's been a week and I emailed them requesting one, but have not heard anything back. So, no problem with the drain clearing service. We just feel the pricing is very, very high. Wouldn't use again for that reason only.”
