“My wife purchased a new vehicle that was too long to fit into our garage with the traditional water heater tank and barrier partition. Weve been thinking about switching to a tankless water heater when the time was right, so this seemed like a good time. Our prior water heater was electric and we opted to go with natural gas. Silver Lining Plumbing was able to run a new natural gas line across the house through the attic and install the tankless water heater within 2 days. He understood that we were trying to fit our vehicle in the garage and suggested placing the heater higher on the wall above the vehicle. He measured the top of the vehicle to be sure of the window he had to work within. He was very knowledgeable and would research and confirm any questions I had he didnt know off the top of his head. Following the installation and inspection, we are happy to say the new vehicle fits with plenty of room to spare and we never even noticed the change in water heater technology when using hot water in the house. Highly recommend his services!”

“Reached out to me right away- was able to fit me in same day. Super friendly and explained everything as he went- was very transparent about the issues. Didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage at all- awesome and would 100% use again (hopefully we don’t have to though!)”

“We are more than pleased with the service we received from Total Plumbing Mooresville. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He fixed our water heater and it was obvious that he knows his business. He even arrived early for our appt. after calling to confirm. It is great to have hot water again thanks to Jeff and Total Plumbing Mooresville. We are a Home Serv customer.”

“Really professional, helpful, friendly. G & E plumbing came out to take a look at a leak that was coming from my main water line. They were able to detect the leak within minutes and repair it without it costing me an arm or a leg.”
