“failed and the water pressure coming into the house was very high, which could have caused a total failure for the water heater, and blown up our indoor pipes. they came out the next morning and fixed everything. was an expensive fix, but their price was reasonable from what i researched. the person who came out was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything, definitely will use them again and will recommend them to anyone.”

“Anthony was so professional and amazing at dealing with a massive root system that had intruded on my pipes. Everything works, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that he did everything exactly the way it was supposed to be done.”

“I first found Hard Knox Plumbing when I was seeking an alternative to the extremely high quote for a water pipe repair from one of the well-known/major plumbing companies in the area. Jarrett and Danny were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. They arrived at my home promptly to address my concerns. This team treated me like a person instead of a number. They gave honest pricing and did not try to oversell me on anything they didn't feel I truly needed to fix my issue. Despite it being a fairly dirty job, both Danny and Jarrett cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave me with a big mess to deal with afterwards. They performed excellent work and had my water back on by the end of the day...impressed is an understatement! Since my initial interaction with this company, I also had them install my new kitchen sink and new shower hardware. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I receive endless compliments from my guests on both fixtures! I will continue to use this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs. To any local Knoxville resident looking for a genuine and quality plumbing company - look no further.”

“Keegan and Zach did an amazing job on my electrical repair. Would definitely use again. Made me feel very comfortable in my own home!”
