“Imperial Plumbing is a fabulous company. Easy to schedule the appointment, Frank was on time and professional, work was done well and problem solved. No need to shop around for a plumber, just call Imperial!”

“Likewise, his honesty and willingness to get more insight from Anthony when there was an unanticipated issue gave more trust to him and the company. Ego - pretending to know all of the answers - is a recipe for a nightmare of terrible work. We were relieved that such integrity was baked into the how Anthony and Jonny worked together. We had peace of mind from the beginning to the end.”

“They can usually get out to you the next day and give a free estimate even if they have to drive 50 mi to get to you -- that's something most companies will not do today. They have everything they need, top brands and tools, in their warehouse and trucks. No long wait for parts or products. Their prices are very reasonable and if you think of anything else, they have the information at their fingertips to give you an immediate estimate! They are friendly: if you like to talk, so will they. But, if you keep silent, they will too.And don't lock them into the five services they list: If you need anything done related to home services, they partner with other service teams that share their values, that can get the job done!”

“I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this local, homegrown Knoxville company. I first found Hard Knox Plumbing when I was seeking an alternative to the extremely high quote for a water pipe repair from one of the well-known/major plumbing companies in the area. Jarrett and Danny were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. They arrived at my home promptly to address my concerns. This team treated me like a person instead of a number. They gave honest pricing and did not try to oversell me on anything they didn't feel I truly needed to fix my issue. Despite it being a fairly dirty job, both Danny and Jarrett cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave me with a big mess to deal with afterwards. They performed excellent work and had my water back on by the end of the day...impressed is an understatement! Since my initial interaction with this company, I also had them install my new kitchen sink and new shower hardware. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I receive endless compliments from my guests on both fixtures! I will continue to use this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs. To any local Knoxville resident looking for a genuine and quality plumbing company - look no further.”
