“I needed a drain unclogged, and the drain was very hard to access (behind a wall -- a condensation drain). Gerson was very responsive, came on time, and was efficient at clearing the drain. However, there is a SEVERE language barrier, especially with the person on the phone who books the appointment. She has a heavy hispanic accent and, to compound it, her phone connection makes it sound like she is in an echo chamber. It was very hard to communicate on the phone. And then, after I decided not to follow up on a separate request, she was too persistent in trying to schedule. Their prices also seem high, but it was a rapid-response situation. When I complained that the price was high he quickly gave a discount.”

“Anthony originally came out on a Sunday morning to a stopped up main drain line. He scoped it and determined there was a break in the line. He worked with us to schedule ASAP. His crew dug the tunnel in a day and a half. He and Tony came out at noon and repaired the line. At 4:00 he was complete. The schedule went off flawlessly. Anthony and Tony are a great team~!~!
