“I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company, and I cant say enough good things about Jordan, the technician who came out to help us.Jordan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain the whole process step by step, making sure I understood what was happening and why. He also went above and beyond in helping locate the issue, which was no small task. His attention to detail and willingness to thoroughly walk me through everything really stood out.Unfortunately, he did have to deliver some bad news about one of my water heaters not being in the best shape. Even then, he handled it with honesty and professionalismno pressure, just straightforward information and helpful guidance about next steps. The turnaround time was impressive, and the pricing was very reasonable. Its clear this team values transparency, efficiency, and customer care.Overall, Im extremely happy with the service. Jordan did a fantastic job, and the entire experiencefrom explanation to quotewas smooth and professional. Highly recommend!”

“I needed a leak located and repaired at my home. I had contacted two other local plumbers; one was four days in returning my call, and the other came out but didn't return. In desperation, I started looking for another plumber. I had never used Mr. Rooter before, but I started reading their reviews and was impressed. Joe Berardinelli came out and assessed my situation and assured me they would find my leak. Can't say enough about Joe and his servicea nice young man that cares! I recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs.Thank you,JimmieEnnis,Tx”

“It’s such a relief to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and doesn’t take advantage of an emergency situation. I’m extremely thankful for their help and the quality of their work. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I definitely recommend Environmental Plumbing Concepts LLC to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and affordable plumbing service. I will absolutely be calling them again if I ever need plumbing help in the future! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would!!!”
