The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and Tim showed me everything he was doing and explained everything afterward. There was significant sediment buildup in the old unit, which confirmed that replacing it was the right decision. Again, there was no pressure to purchase upgrades or unnecessary equipment.Karen maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory. That level of customer care is rare these days.By the end of the experience, I felt like I had known these people for years. They are genuine, trustworthy, and truly willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
