“Brad from Ory’s Plumbing was our rep to diagnose the problem with our water heaters. He was responsive, clear in his communication between us and his boss, and assessed all technical details to install new heaters. His services included parts and labor warranty adjustments, as well as financing and pricing details for the heaters. Within 24 hours he and his equally competent teammate Carl provided us with the heater installations as promised in their written estimates. Everything on time. Left the place clean. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Brad, Carl, the support staff, and owners of Ory’s Plumbing.”

“I heard a mysterious ticking sound behind an upstairs toilet in a townhouse yesterday, and downstairs this morning discovered that water had dripped from the ceiling. Matthew and Greg turned up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem as an overflowing drain line from the a/c in the attic, cleared the drain and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I was also provided with a video, for future reference. I would call the Amenta brothers again in a heartbeat.”

“Zoom Drain responded and came as scheduled. Will use them again if needed. Our bathroom sink is draining well now. Thank you.”

“We were dealing with a bad clogged pipe upstairs, and they responded quickly and fixed the problem!”

“I needed a drain unclogged, and the drain was very hard to access (behind a wall -- a condensation drain). Gerson was very responsive, came on time, and was efficient at clearing the drain. However, there is a SEVERE language barrier, especially with the person on the phone who books the appointment. She has a heavy hispanic accent and, to compound it, her phone connection makes it sound like she is in an echo chamber. It was very hard to communicate on the phone. And then, after I decided not to follow up on a separate request, she was too persistent in trying to schedule. Their prices also seem high, but it was a rapid-response situation. When I complained that the price was high he quickly gave a discount.”
