“We had our septic system fail and consequently all the house drains backed up. I contacted Tyson about 3 o'clock Sunday he stated he would arrive by 6:30 pm. He arrived at 6 :10 and within 20 minutes had diagnosed the problem with the system. He had the necessary equipment to locate the 2nd tank in three feet of dirt and worked like a steam shovel in uncovering the lid. I was very impressed with his strong work ethic and knowledge! The work included the pipe to the street. The repiping was completed in one day with the water off just a couple hours. The remaining 2 days involved the City, and patching of drywall, which cost extra. The workmen pointed out some additional drain and shower valve issues and completed these at an additional cost.
