“Wow…thank you to Roy. My 86 yr old father-in-law attempted to help me with installation of a bidet in a tight space and thought he broke the connection. I felt terrible because he was so exhausted. :( I hit up Raptor on Thumbtack after looking at reviews on Nextdoor and they quickly responded and sent the nicest guy, Roy, the next morning. Roy found it was a faulty part (which made my FIL feel better). He handled it in minutes with a smile and didn’t charge us! Like what?? So rare. We will be using this company from now on.”

“Andrew installed our new hot water heater and was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We highly recommend his services.”

“Matt and his team came out same day when I needed some work done on my main water line to have a shut off valve installed. They also helped break down some other work that I ended up needing done while they were here without feeling the pressure to have done immediately. I ultimately decided to have them knock it out and they were both quick and efficient in the task! They were extremely friendly, personable, and kind to both myself and my entire family. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing issues that may arise!”

“I’ve hired Plumb Fit twice now for different jobs, and they were excellent both times. They provided clear, out-the-door estimates and never added unexpected charges later. Duke also offered helpful recommendations without any pressure, clearly explaining what was most important and what could reasonably wait until later. He went above and beyond at the end of a long installation, taking the time to investigate an additional question I had even after a full day of work. Plumb Fit is an honest, hardworking company that does excellent work. Highly recommended!”

“No complaints. Came out the next day and installed the water heater in my rental.”

“They came out, scoped my sewer line, walked me through what he was seeing, and gave me clear, honest advice. It was obvious they weren’t trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation. Just straightforward, professional service from someone who actually cares about doing right by customers. They earned my trust. I’d definitely recommend them.”
