“Max got back to me within minutes after asking for quotes. Yuri showed up just as discussed and painted 3 doors and started a project to repair damaged drywall from water. Found the leak is still present. Yuri cleaned up (spotless!) then will be back once I have the problem resolved. Excellent work, resonably proced. A pleasure to do business! Stephen”

“Manny went above and beyond in addressing a much needed repair and plaster replacement for my bathroom and kitchen walls and ceilings. His pricing was very fair, and he arrived right on time. The overall quality of his work is impressive and exceeded our expectations. Exceptional quality at a great value price. Highest of recommendations.”

“After much stress in getting our house fixed from Hurricane Milton, God blessed us sending 5 Brothers Construction. Our experience with many contractors was very good, but 5 Brothers was exceptional. From the quick contact and estimate, to the contract, each step was taken with communication, professionalism and what the customer needs and wants. Respect and understanding of my disability was a big concern and they treated me like I was family. Their work was next to none and clean up was as they worked. Tile floor, new living room and kitchen ceiling, paint and got the ceiling fan and light to work after others went a different way and couldn’t locate the problem. They do everything including replacing or refacing kitchen cabinets (our next project). They are family to each other and to their customers. My husband Richard and I highly recommend them. May they and their business be blessed, as they have blessed us. Richard and Suzanne W. Palmetto, FL 34221”

“My house was storm surged by the double blow of Hurricanes Helene and Milton two feet of storm surge from Helene and almost five feet from Milton. Everything inside my house was destroyed. To rebuild, I would need new drywall, finishing, painting, doors, trim, cabinets, and countertops basically, the entire interior structure of my house! There were plenty of contractors swarming on Manasota Key to solicit business after the disaster. I listened to the sales pitches of a few, but I knew to be wary.I found Smirnov Construction on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. I wanted a reputable, licensed contractor and left a message on the site. Max called me later that day.Boy, did I get lucky! Max and his team were great from start to finish! Max was very professional, responsive, patient (I had LOTS of questions about the project before and during) and enjoyable to work with. These traits were shared by the entire Smirnov team I worked with beginning to end. Once work began, I would add to this list that they were also very knowledgeable and good at what they do as well! They had suggestions for areas I had not thought of that turned out great. I am adding before and after photos to this review that show the incredible work they did.I would enthusiastically work with them again (hows the driveway restoration coursework going, Max? Ready for my driveway anytime soon? ) and recommend them to anyone considering quality home restoration or remodeling work at a fair price.”
