“Tigran and Alex did a great job patching 8 holes of drywall at my house. He and his partner completed the job within 2 1/2 hours, walked me through what they did, and the quality of work showed. Very professional, punctual, and the price was lower than what most contractors charge in my area. Will definitely hire him again for future jobs.”

“I worked with David and the team at NW Expert Builders in Seattle, and they did an incredible job on my backyard. They designed and built a Trex composite deck that wraps around my home, featuring a custom privacy wall, Trex decking, cable railing, and a waterproofing rain escape system that creates a dry, usable area under the deck. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Every detail of the composite decking installation was handled with care, from design to final build. My new backyard deck has completely transformed my outdoor living space, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round. If you’re searching for reliable Seattle deck builders who specialize in Trex composite decks, privacy walls, cable railing, waterproof deck systems, and outdoor living space design, I highly recommend NW Expert Builders. David and his crew delivered a project that is both functional and beautiful, adding lasting value to my home.”

“I hired Marco to help with updated my very dated bathroom. Originally I was going to try and do this myself but after researching the process and the mistakes that can be made that hinder the results I decided to hire a professional, and I'm really glad I did. Marco removed the old wallpaper, repaired the drywall where needed and painted the walls and ceiling. The process took about 3 days and after watching the process I know I would have messed this up. When I came time to select a color I have deliberated for weeks before we started and still hadn't landed on one. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Marco is trained in color theory and has lots of experience with how/why/where in selecting and applying the right color. His insight was very helpful to me and the absolutely love the color we selected. It's exactly what I was looking for. He was also receptive and helpful in painting the finishing details around the corners, tiles and mirror. To make a clean finish around the edges he used caulking to finish these details, and while he was at it he when ahead and repaired some of the grout that needed repaired. I really enjoyed working with Marco and I will be hiring him again for some exterior painting this summer. I highly recommend him for your next project!”

“Kojo and his assistant did a great job! They got the job done quickly & efficiently and even fixed my mistakes with the flooring I installed prior to make sure the baseboards looked great!”

“It took me two hours to scrape the plaster off the floors so it was level enough to put the carpet down and there was a plaster handprint on my freshly wallpapered bathroom and plaster footprints all over the slate in my backyard.”

“Seattle Home Renovations did an excellent job remodeling the shower area in my bathroom. They demolished the old shower, installed a new valve, put in a new bathtub, installed new bathroom wall finishes, flooring, and baseboards and paint.Communication was excellent throughout the project, and the crew was clean, organized, and professional. The final result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.”
