“You must absolutely hire BZR Remodeling. My husband and I are absolutely over the moon with our latest experience working with them. Here's a breakdown of what we loved. Sidenote: There's literally nothing we didn't love about working with them. We loved: - How quickly they responded to our Thumbtack message. Within hours! - How quickly they were able to come onsite and view our project - How creative they were at problem-solving; over the years we've thought semi-seriously about a big basement laundry remodel and each time we had someone come see it they quoted astronomical prices for plans we weren't in love with. Eden came out and within minutes he had solutions we'd never thought of and all for less than we'd previously been quoted - How professional they were. Eden came to the first site visit and prepared a quote on the spot. He had documentation ready and before the end of our meeting, we had a project start date. I've never worked with a contractor team that was this buttoned-up - Last -and most important- the level of craftsmanship is exceptional. We needed creative and complicated drywalling done, we needed floor leveling, window replacement, and marble tile cutting and placing. Every single thing is level and all of the tiles are perfectly spaced. Everyone we met who worked for BZR was kind, clean, and courteous. Before the project finished we discussed other projects for the future. I will 100% be working with them again; they can do it all.”

“Since our home was built in 1945, we knew the walls were old school lath and plaster and that we needed a plastering expert to come in for repairs. Enter Hamza and his team. Within 24 hours he answered my inquiry email, and a few days later we did a quote estimate onsite for a price that we could agree upon. Despite having a really tight deadline for getting the work done between our house closing date and our move-in date (only two weeks!), he made it happen and we were able to successfully begin work the day after closing. He even recommended a painter friend that was used to working behind him so that everything was dried, cured and painted just in time! The results are night and day and we are very happy with our pretty new walls. Granted, the results aren't perfect everywhere as we had a very small and tricky kitchen with tight corners that his tools couldn't always reach. But Hamza and his team did their best, and overall the house looks amazing. The living room and main bedrooms are especially gorgeous! And the little imperfections here and there are kind of nice in their own way too because it keeps the character and age of the house consistent with the older doors and molding. A word of advice though, for anyone considering doing plastering work in general. It's a very messy process. Be prepared for that, especially, with cleaning up the dust. It would have been better if we had given ourselves extra time for the cleanup. Especially since you have to put all your light fixtures and light/plug switch plates back once the process is done. In addition to giving Ornamental Plaster Area a call, I do recommend trying to do a whole house job before moving in or after moving out so it doesn't get all over your furniture! Something like 3-4 weeks will help make the process less stressful.”

“Isaac Shemaya our project manager was very professional in his business dealing. He walked us through the whole process. He took the time to answer my questions, explained how the roofing project will be done, what materials they use, explained the warranty and what it covers. American Home builder crew were courteous and punctual. They finished the job within 2 days, they cleaned out the house surroundings after completion of the project. Best of all the affordability of the roofing project they offered great price that met my budget,. affordability and high quality work was my over all goal, I hired them over other roofing companies that charges exorbitantly. I definitely use this company again for my future home improvement projects. Affordability, integrity and dependability is how I describe their company. Happy customer, Shirley Buenbrazo”

“I had great experience from start to finish. They were efficient, communicated clearly, and did exactly what they said they would. The paint prep was thorough, they kept everything clean, and the results look fantastic, so we'd absolutely hire them again!”

“Drew did a remarkable job refurbishing an area of a fifth wheel RV that had been severely damaged by leaking water. He disassembled all damaged areas, reinforced the skeletal structure and finished the interior perfectly. He was certainly a self a motivated and disciplined worker. I don't hand out five star ratings like candy. They have to be earned.”
